Our candidates are provided with the relevant transport, paperwork and accommodation information by our comprehensive mobilisation service, making their work journey straightforward and manageable. 

Settling into a new location can be stressful. ewi also supports contractors by offering services such as pre-mobilisation information, arranging a representative to meet at the airport on arrival, local language assistance and an in country guide.


Payroll and Tax Support

From our work in countries all over the world, we understand that costs and tax codes differ from situation to situation. We provide a clear rate structure based on the specificities of your project and location.

We have a global network of local payroll partners and established relationships with expert global management companies. In addition, ewi’s financial team ensures that prompt payment is made for all presented timesheets and that our contractors are tax compliant. 


Employment Check

The workplace satisfaction and safety of our contractors is our top priority. All our contractors are required to have compliance checks including pre-employment medical examinations, drug tests and background checks.


Compliance and Labour Law

It is important for clients that the application process and paperwork are auditable and accurate the first time around. Our dedicated legal and compliance team ensures that all your contracts are in line with local legal regulations so you don’t have to waste time on research. 

We are here to advise you on local labour laws, compliancy and legal issues if anything should arise.


Medical and Insurance

Every location is studied by ewi so we have full understanding of the area’s insurance requirements and local tax. It is expected for all of our contractors to be appropriately covered in case of any issues or emergency.

You don’t have to take out multiple insurance policies either: our partnership with Kingsbridge Contractor Insurance guarantees full coverage, all in one policy.


High-risk Locations

From our international experience, we understand that some locations are more high-risk than others. We take extra measures to prioritise contractor safety in even the most unstable areas, whether it’s preparing an emergency evacuation route, travel plans or on site safety measures. 


Visa and Work Permit Services

We manage visa and work permit related authorisation on behalf of all our contractors, in accordance to the destination country’s laws and the contractor’s nationality. Appropriate visas and work permit sponsorship can be arranged for contractors in over 62 countries through our international ‘expert network’ and joint venture affiliate partners.

Our dedicated internal team also offer daily support for all your business immigration needs.
